I received an email this morning from Hilton. It says “Open Your door” with your phone and earn 1,000 Bonus Points. 
1,000 HHonor Points are not much but I will take them anyways. All you have to do is download the Hilton HHonors app and Select Digital Key. It will let you choose your room and bam!!
I like this Digital key feature because I hate those plastic keys which easily get deactivated when in contact with an electronic device such as cell phone and then you have to make trips back and forth to the front desk for new keys.
